Q A A Q A Q A Q 15 Donor Agreement Donors to the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations concerning intercollegiate athletics as determined by the NCAA, the Atlantic Coast Conference, and Virginia Tech. Should questions arise concerning the various rules and regulations, donors acknowledge they should contact the Virginia Tech Athletic Compliance Office at (540) 231-2696. Donors can be expelled as a member of the Hokie Scholarship Fund andwill forfeit all benefits and privileges (including the right to receive priority season tickets and parking at specified athletic events) until the end of the period of disassociation and subsequent reinstatement by the Hokie Scholarship Fund. Transfer Policy All benefits related to donations and tickets (including Hokie Club Priority Points) can only be transferred to a spouse. Similar to previous years, no other entities will qualify for a transfer of donor or ticket benefits. Frequently Asked Tax Information The Virginia Tech Foundation, which acts as the depository for the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund, is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization. For gifts designated to the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund, we are currently reviewing recent tax law changes and expect to provide additional information regarding the implications for such gifts at a later date. We recommend you consult your tax advisor to determine how the new tax law may affect you. Waiver of Benefits For a gift to be 100 percent tax deductible, the donor must decline his/her right to receive any benefits at the time one makes a contribution. To decline the right to receive benefits, contact the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund at (540) 231-6618. How can I make my gift online? To make your gift online, go to hokieclub.donornetpac. com and log in to your VicTory Account. The VicTory Account allows Hokie Club members to manage their giving and track their real-time priority point ranking. To set up your VicTory Account, please visit HokieClub.com How can I keep my same seats and parking for 2019? To retain your seats for the 2019 season, you must maintain the annual per-seat donation to the Hokie Scholarship Fund based on your seat location (see Lane Stadium chart on page 10). This will allow you to renew your same seats until the next reseating in 2020. For parking, you must maintain your annual giving level to keep your same parking space/lot. For example, if you have parking in Zone A and gave at the Platinum level in 2018, you would be asked to give at the Platinum level again to retain your parking space in Zone A, even if your per-seat gift requirement is less than the Platinum level. If I am happy with my current seats and parking, do I need to log in during my Ballena seat selection time to re-select them for the 2019 season? If you would like to keep your same seats and parking for the 2019 season, you DO NOT need to log in to re-select them. They will be renewed automatically as long as you meet the per-seat donation requirement and for parking maintain your annual giving level. I am already a Hokie Club member.
